Hannah's Story

“A tale of inspiring women following their soul’s calling”

In three words I would describe myself as joyful, adventurous, and dedicated. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest of the United States nearby mountains, forests and the ocean, nature has always been my compass - always grounding me and bringing me back to my core essence unlike anything else.

I’m a lover of global connections and continuous growth and learning, which has led me to explore and live in many parts of the world. My time spent living in a remote African village (as a Peace Corps volunteer) was certainly one of the most difficult times of my life, but provided an opportunity for self-reflection, leading me to understand what is truly important to me - human connection.

I’m passionate about all things sustainability, and after getting a Masters degree in Germany in sustainability science, have chosen to work in the field of renewable energy.

My creative, juicy-idea “aha-moment” energy is released through cooking delicious vegetarian meals, singing and playing ukulele, dancing into the night (or just in my living room being active outside (hiking, backpacking, sports), yoga, etc. I just love to be active!

I’m still on the journey to finding my “purpose”. What I do know though is that I want to live an intentional life where I am doing my best to make things even just a tiny bit better for other people and our magnificent planet.

I’m a fearless feminist and not afraid to be myself and speak up for what I believe in. One quote I try to live by is -  “Be fearless in what sets your soul on fire.”
