Louisa's Story
“A tale of inspiring humans following their soul’s calling”
Louisa Fenn
Just another nature lover exploring the holistic path through natural remedies, Yoga and Ayurveda.
Hey beautiful souls, call me Lou! I am currently travelling this sacred planet collecting wisdom from the earth, inspiring souls and my own healing journey.
From what feels like many different incarnations my dharmic path is unfolding to help reveal the divinity in us all.
Peeling back the layers to our true self through ancient yogic techniques and embodiment practises.
My next stop is Spain where my family and I will open up our own Yoga and meditation community offering workshops, classes and a wide range of therapies and hold space for those in need of healing.
From performing to peach farming, teaching to directing my path has created many colourful facets so far.
Through capturing nature and beautiful souls on my film camera, intuitively dancing myself free, playing my drum and doing my best to live sustainably I channel an abundance of love and creativity.
Books and podcasts I recommend:
The journey within - Radhanath Swami
Be here now -Ram Dass
The ghee spot podcast by Katie Silcox
Non violent communication podcast and book by Marshal Rosenberg
I believe we are all reflections of eachother, all bringing eachother home to love and all connected in this sweet life.
Thankyou Maddie for this safe space to connect, inspire and heal together as one.
